Program Logistics
Dress:  Business casual. The administrative building we are in has a “no jeans” policy (keep it classy Allentown) so please save jeans for the evening, which are appropriate for even some of the nicer restaurants. It will probably be in the 70's during the day and cooler at night, so bring a jacket for the evening. The building is fairly comfortable with climate control, but it probably wouldn’t hurt to have a sweater or jacket should the AC be uncomfortable. 

Food: There will be fruit, granola bars, a protein of some sort, and coffee/tea available all four days for breakfast. There is also a Starbucks, Tim Horton’s, and hotel restaurant/room service if you would prefer something more or else. For lunch there will be a generic deli tray, with fruit, sides, drinks, and cookies. While there are restaurants in walking distance for lunch, we are concerned that time and convenience make staying close a better option. There is a nice selection of places for dinner so hopefully all you foodies can recover in the evening with an enjoyable meal. 

Exercise:  There are two gyms available for your use, one on the 3rd floor of the hotel and one on the 2nd floor of our administrative offices (referred to as One City Center and which is connected to the hotel). Your hotel key will gain you entrance to either for free. There is also a lovely park system about 10 minutes away with gravel trails for running, walking, and biking. Recommended Parks:
